1. Control System
The control system of NanYang drying kiln adopts automatic or semi-automatic control system and the operation is simple and easy to learn.
A. Automatic control system
Automatic control system can automatically detect and display kiln temperature and humidity, moisture content of wood and wind direction from blowers, and can automatically control heating system, spraying system, dehumidifying system and wind direction from blowers according to drying technique.
B. Semi-Automatic control system
The control instrument can automatically detect and display the moisture content of dried wood in the kiln and automatically control heating valve according to specified technical standard and control the parameters of dried media in the kiln to the designed level to effectively reduce energy consumption and drying cost. Moisture content, temperature and humidity are displayed digitally, thus improving setting accuracy.
2. Heating System
The heating system consists of electromagnetic (electric) heating valve, steel-aluminum complex slice radiator, stop valve and circulating pipe system.High-quality double-metal aluminum rolled sheet radiator is adopted and contacts base pipes closely. The radiator is reliable in operation, corrosion proof, glabrous and good looking.
The heating system produces large heat power and can satisfy different temperature drying requirements.
3. Spraying System
The spraying system consists of electromagnetic heating valve, stop valve, stainless steel spraying pipes and other pipelines. The stainless steel electric spraying valve adopted is characterized by reliable action, corrosion resistance and long service life. The stainless steel pipe is adopted for spraying pipe and is also corrosion proof.
4. Air Circulation System
The drying kiln adopts top blower type that is optimal in air circulation. High-performance cast-aluminum axial flow blower is adopted. Since swirling blades produce more air flow and high efficiency, the blower can reliably and durably work in the conditional of 120°C high temperature and 100% high humidity. Symmetrical blades guarantee the same air flow and air pressure in front and back directions to greatly improve the evenness of moisture contents of wood in the flue.
5. Dehumidifying System
The dehumidifying system consists of master control system and dehumidifying motors. Imported motors are adopted, featuring small volume, reliable performance and long service life. MYHZ and MYHG series steam heating auto-control wood drying kiln adopt aluminum gate throttle that features less resistance and weight, flexible turning and corrosion resistance. MYHGS series steam heating semi-auto control wood drying kiln adopts manual-controlled throttle that also features less resistance and flexible turning.
6. Kiln Entrance System
The kiln entrance system adopts aluminum alloy integral drop gate. The whole kiln gate is assembled into an integral body with double insulation. The gate sealing uses special section rubber that features high temperature resistance, anti-aging and high sealing performance.
